Schorah and Associates, Inc. prepared Master Stormwater Management and Utilities Plans and Calculations, Boundary and Topographic Surveys, Geometric Hard Copies, Site Plan Support, Plat Preparation, Roadway, Pathway, Drainage, Water and Sewer Plans, Permitting, Bid Documents, Construction Engineering Inspection and Certification Services. Public Improvements for the project included Off-Site Turn Lanes, Signalization and Utility Installations for State Road 80 and design of six (6) Master Sewer Pump Stations.
